Klita: Joining the Moshav as new members of the agricultural society who are entitled to estates. All members of the society have equal rights and obligations. Each member has the option to develop in the field of agriculture, tourism or entrepreneurship, all in accordance with the water and land quota. The family can receive a land quota of a 1.5 dunam estate, on which to build their house, a 5 dunam farm in the agricultural area of the Moshav for intensive agriculture or another entrepreneurship and up to 45 dunam of agricultural land. The general land quota for a family is 60 dunam (gross) and it includes the estate, the farm, the agricultural land and a relative part in the public spaces of the Moshav.
Quality of life: the Moshav is managed by voluntary committees: a management committee, cultural committee, educational committee, youth committee, Klita committee, environmental committee and more.
In addition, there are paid positions such as farm coordinator, secretary and various agricultural positions. Fundamental decisions need to be approved by a majority of the members of the agricultural society. All members must follow the decisions of the institutions of the Society in general and decision approved by the members in particular, including past decisions.
There is active community life in Kanaf. The members of the Moshav celebrate the Jewish holidays and various events together. Every year we also celebrate the 'Child's Day', with a day of fun for all the family. Once a year, alternately, we celebrate the "Woman's Day" or "Man's day" in which the women or men are sent to a day of fun.
We have a "Group of Wanderers", for third to twelfth graders, who go on trips around the country. The guides are volunteering members of the Moshav.
First to third graders have activities organized by the Moshav and children from fourth grade are invited to join the "Bnei Ha'Moshavim" Movement.
We have a cultural hall for activities and joint events. The youth of the Moshav have a youth club. In addition, we have a football field, a basketball/volleyball field, library, grocery store and two playgrounds.
Education: There are educational institutions for children aged three months to first grade (a private daycare center, and two kindergartens). Elementary children learn in the elementary school of Bnei Yehuda and the "Shorashim" school in Natur. High school children learn in the regional high school of Katzrin or the democratic school of Eli'ad.
