The community of Sha'al is characterized by warm people with wonderful interpersonal relationships. Our central entertainment is visiting our neighbors, especially on cold days. The playground of the settlement constitutes a meeting place for families during the afternoons.
We have an education and culture committee which is responsible for activities on the Jewish holidays (such as a Purim party for adults, Shavu'ot celebration and more) and cultural events.
We also have a cultural hall which can be hired for private events at nominal cost.
There is a synagogue in Sha'al, with prayers on weekends and Jewish holidays.
We will be happy to see you taking part in our activities and integrating into this wonderful community. We are aware of the difficulty of moving to a far settlement, far from your family. However, we offer you a small community that hugs its newcomers and makes an effort to be a substitute family.
